Payment & Finance

Three plans: 30% deposit + balance over 12 months; 40% deposit + balance over 24 months; or full outright purchase with up to 5% discount.
Yes. We accept USD, GBP, CAD, and EUR for diaspora buyers. All payments are formally receipted and documented.
No. All fees are disclosed upfront at contract signing. There are no surprise charges.

Site & Construction

Click ‘Book a Site Inspection’ and complete the form. Our team will confirm within 24 hours. Tours run Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm.
Absolutely. We offer virtual site tours, remote documentation signing, and a dedicated diaspora desk. A local representative can also manage the process on your behalf.
Infrastructure works are ongoing with phased handover. Buyers receive monthly progress updates. Home build timelines are confirmed at contract signing.
